Operation Welcome Home (Maryland) is a grassroots organization to welcome home  re-deployers at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). To date, over 13,000 Sailors, Soldiers, Airman, and Marines have been greeted with an enthusiastic crowd of volunteers since the initiation of this effort March 2006.
